VaultZip (Package Name: com.vault.zip) is a fully offline local file compression and decompression application for Android devices. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information when you install and use VaultZip on your Android device.

VaultZip will NOT collect, upload, transmit or store any personal user data, device information or user files to any remote servers or third-party platforms. All file reading, compression and decompression operations run entirely locally on your mobile device.

2. Permission Explanation

VaultZip only requests storage access permissions (All Files Access / External Storage) required to run core functions:

• Read local files from your phone storage to create ZIP archives
• Extract compressed files and save output files to local storage
• Browse local images, documents and archives on your device

Storage access data and all your files never leave your device. No files will be uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.

3. Data Collection Statement

We strictly do not collect any of the following information in any form:

• Personal identifiable information: username, email address, phone number, residential address
• Sensitive device data: IMEI, Android ID, device serial number, location information
• Users’ private documents, photos, videos or any local personal files
• App usage statistics, crash logs, browsing behavior and analytical data

4. Third-Party Services

VaultZip does not integrate any third-party tracking SDKs, analytics SDKs or data collection components. No third party can obtain your personal information through this application.

5. Children’s Privacy

VaultZip is available for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent and discover that your child has mistakenly provided us with personal data, please contact us via the email address listed below.

6. Local Cache Files

Temporary cache files generated during file compression are only stored in the app’s private cache directory on your device. You can clear the cache at any time via Android system app settings. Cache data will never be collected or synced online.
